A bit about me
I believe in providing client-centered, trauma-informed care to you as you seek support to cope with your emotions, trauma, and being neurodivergent. We will focus on how these internal processes interfere with your ability to navigate the world in the most comfortable and effective way possible.
I strive to act as a gentle guide as you continue to navigate your life. I will help you find tools to cope with what you are experiencing, as well as to validate the experiences you have in your day-to-day life.
I seek to hold space for your feelings and expertise on your own experience.
