A bit about me
I’m a clinical social worker. I aim to help people in the LGBT+ community feel empowered, especially for community members with associated religious trauma.

First, I applaud you for considering therapy, as it can be a challenging decision and may invoke a variety of feelings. You may have experienced a traumatic event or series of events that continue to impact your life, you may be exploring your identity and personal belief systems, or you may be experiencing complex emotions that you'd like support in processing.
I offer space to freely and safely process experiences and complex emotions. I also work collaboratively with individuals to discover their personal goals and which modalities would be most beneficial. I firmly believe in the right to self-determination and that each individual is the expert on their own life. I am passionate about working with trauma survivors, especially those within the LGBTQ community. Trauma is complex and unique to each survivor. I feel privileged to be able to hear others' stories of resilience and travel with them on their journey toward healing.
