Indvidual Therapy
You will work with your therapist to co-create a care plan to address immediate and longer-term therapeutic goals. Your therapist will help you with several therapeutic modalities depending on your goals.
Individual and couple's telehealth therapy sessions are weekly, one-hour-long sessions.

We have a team of 10 clinicians and social workers with over 40+ years of experience working with people from all walks of life. Our team specializes in many areas of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, DBT, and more. Our therapists are all fully licensed within Massachusetts and accept several insurances.
