A bit about me
I provide personalized support for my clients, helping them discover practical tools and strategies that truly make a difference. Using evidence-based therapies like DBT, CBT, and ACT, I create a collaborative, supportive, and even enjoyable space to work through challenges together. I bring strong communication skills, a sense of humor, and meaningful experience into every session.

I earned my BS in Public Health Sciences from UMass Amherst in 2023, followed by a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Boston University. I am currently completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Simmons University, which includes my final clinical internship.

My approach to therapy is more informal, allowing space for self-expression while focusing on practical, solution-oriented work. I have a special interest in skills-based approaches and bring extensive DBT knowledge to my sessions.

My previous experience includes volunteering with the Crisis Text Line, where I supported people from all walks of life during moments of crisis, as well as research internships during my MPH, focusing on substance use, LGBTQ+ health, and chronic/terminal illnesses.

During my first MSW internship in academic advising, I gained insight into the unique pressures that many students face. Additionally, my own lived experience with a disability and passion for advocacy help me connect with clients navigating their own challenges.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where we can work together towards your goals.
