A bit about me

I provide a caring and grounded space for you to show up however you are, without judgment. I welcome you as the expert of your own life, inviting you to collaborate with me as a witness and accountability partner in navigating the challenges and goals you face.

Our process together can help bring care and understanding to what has been confusing or hard to share, which may include painful experiences, complex identities, habits & patterns that hold you back, and the ways we survive and resist the impact of harmful systems.

I draw from psychodynamic, relational, IFS and liberation health frameworks for therapy. I incorporate mindfulness, body-based practices, and creative play into sessions when appropriate. My work is informed by antiracism, disability justice, and transfeminism.

I strive to make sessions as accessible as possible. If you have any needs or questions about accommodations, please reach out. If you're looking for a therapist who shares an aspect of your lived experience, you're welcome to ask about my personal history and identities.

Who I work with:

I support older teens (18+) and adults who need help navigating:

  • Anxiety, depression, stress

  • Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD

  • Life transitions, grief and loss

  • LGBTQIA+

  • Gender questioning, exploration, transition

  • Disability, chronic illness, still coviding

Whether you’re here to unpack something specific or to reconnect with yourself more fully, I’ll meet you with care and curiosity.
