I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate from Simmons University's School of Social Work.
Driven by empathy and collaboration, I strive to create a supportive space with you to navigate life's challenges and foster growth.
I believe our minds and bodies are deeply connected. That's why I take a holistic approach to well-being, drawing on different therapeutic tools and my training as a yoga teacher to support your journey.
My background includes working with adults experiencing complex trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, OCD, and PTSD.
