I'm a clinical therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, clarity, and empathy.

I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Springfield College (2012), and I bring over a decade of experience in supporting adolescents and adults through emotional healing and personal growth.

My work is grounded in authenticity and collaboration. I believe in meeting each client where they are and creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and judgment-free because that's where real healing begins.​
