A bit about me
Feeling stuck in unhelpful thought patterns, disconnected from your drive, or looking for ways to develop a more balanced and healthy life are some of the reasons people reach out for therapy.

In my practice, I offer conversations free from judgment to explore whatever has been challenging you. Whether that’s day-to-day stressors or finding yourself in a place that feels unfamiliar. I find a balance between being gentle and direct. In our work together, we will identify skills that support you, celebrate your victories, and hold space for your hurt.
In session, I use evidence-based modalities such as DBT and CBT, as well as alternative approaches for navigating life’s complexities, including tapping (EFT), mindfulness, and deep-breathing practices.

I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through EMDRIA and am currently accepting clients interested in EMDR-focused therapy.

I particularly enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, challenges with confidence and self-worth, relationship concerns, and trauma.

If this is connecting with you please send me an email and we can coordinate a free consultation at aflanagan@elementalintuition.com
