Lindsay Boudreau
Practice Manager and Clinician
EMDR Certified Therapist ™
I chose Social Work because of my passion for helping people live their best lives and my commitment to social justice. With over ten years of experience in this field, I have seen how restoring relationships with ourselves and our loved ones can help us navigate the tumultuous times we live in.
I believe that we all have an innate ability to grow and learn, and I view my clients as the experts in their own lives. My work is rooted in my values of compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I love the therapeutic process, educating clients and other professionals, and connecting to our holistic Self.

I am thrilled to now offer EMDR and IFS EMDR therapy, as I particularly love helping people heal from big T and little T trauma. One of my other primary clinical interests is helping people with chronic illness/medical conditions, physical disabilities, and medical trauma. As an amputee also living with a rare chronic medical condition, I can assist others in navigating living with a disability or medical condition in a unique, compassionate way.

I accept all of the practice's insurances listed on the FAQ page.
