Kelly Mills

Clinician

Let’s do some work around how you conceptualize yourself and your mental wellness (and illness).

It can be hard to intervene on your own behalf but we can work on creating a sense of containment and accountability so that you can reap the fruits of your emotional work. In clinical terms, we will be working on symptoms of depression, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, but I want to do so in a way that feels conducive to the nuances of you. We can work through barriers such as PTSD, lack of sleep, loss of pleasure, apathy, grief, shame, and interpersonal conflict. I want to help you break down your overwhelm and create a lifestyle that feels sustainable and cares for you. Take back your power to create positive emotions and feelings in your life through an understanding and a commitment to yourself.

I am a Psychotherapist by title and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker by trade. My experience is in crisis/ER, inpatient mental health, and outpatient group treatment for adults with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.

I have immediate openings and would love to meet with you to discuss your situation and build a working relationship so we can craft something that makes sense for you.
