My name is Lindsay Boudreau, and I am a passionate social worker, therapist, consultant, and lifelong learner. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where we can openly discuss various aspects of mental health, emotional resilience, and strategies to lead more fulfilling lives. Other bloggers featured on this page are from our wonderful team of clinicians and occasional guests.
