About Me

0.jpeg

My name is Lindsay Boudreau, and I'm a clinical social worker.

I chose Social Work because of my passion for helping people live their best lives and because of my commitment to social justice. With over 10 years of working in this field, I have seen how restoring relationships with ourselves and our loved ones can help us navigate the tumultuous times we live in. I believe that we all have an innate ability to grow and learn and I view my clients as the experts in their own lives. My work is rooted in my value of compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I love the therapeutic process,  educating clients and other professionals, and connecting to our holistic Self.
