Lindsay Boudreau, LICSW

My name is Lindsay Boudreau, and I'm a clinical social worker. I have 10+ years of work experience in the field, which I chose for my passion in helping people live their best lives and commitment to social justice. I ultimately believe in my work that restoring relationships with ourselves and our loved ones can help navigate the tumultuous times we live in. I believe the each person I work with has an innate ability to grow and learn; I view you as the expert in your own life. The values that I hold dear in our work together are maintaining compassion, empathy, and curiosity. I enjoy the therapeutic process, educating clients and other professionals, and connecting to our holistic Self.
